Orkney’s MSP condemns public sector marketing freeze

Liam McArthur, MSP for Orkney, has added his voice to the growing opposition to the Scottish Government’s decision to freeze all expenditure on public sector marketing, saying that the decision “poses serious public health risk in the isles.”
